At Flow IV Therapy, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
